Sobreality

[soh-bree-al-i-tee]

n. a realization that something you enjoyed while under the influence is actually awful when you’re not.

Use: After raving about the new delicacy he created on the night of St. Patrick’s Day, Matt came to the sobreality that pickles and graham crackers do not make a good sandwich.
